Please feel free to contact us by phone or email. Normal office hours are 8am to 5pm EST Monday-Friday. We forward support calls to multiple lines, so please allow up to ten rings to reach a live person!
An email question may get a response at any hour of the day or night, so send email questions at any time. Please include your telephone number, and a suggested time, if you would like us to call you.
Before contacting us though, sometimes if a HomeSchool Advantage user stops working to switch to some other website but does not log out from HomeSchool Advantage, it leaves the browser thinking that you are still logged in. The fastest way to fix that is to click on this link:
Doing so should "unlock" your computer so that you can log in again. This may solve your problem.
